Job summary

Soni, a family-owned manufacturing company in the flavor and fragrance sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP activities and ensure timely, accurate payments.

You will code invoices, perform three-way matching, process payments, maintain vendor records, and assist with month-end close. Knowledge of NetSuite and Excel preferred; manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices per policies.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices, PO, and receiving docs.
• Prepare and process vendor payments (checks, ACH, wires).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close and AP reconciliations.
