Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Progressive experience in Accounts Payable (3+ years).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting/Business.

Responsibilities

• Review and process electronically coded invoices and expense reports.
• Research and match invoices for EFT vouchers.
• Prepare monthly tax filings, including state liquor and sales taxes.
• Process check payments and related EFT activities.
• File paid Accounts Payable invoices.
• Resolve AP issues with vendors by phone.
• File year-end 1099 forms.
• Cross-train teammates on job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
