Job summary

Palmer-Donavin is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Ohio to support day-to-day financial operations. You will process supplier payments, code invoices, and reconcile ERP reports while maintaining organized records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior AP or administrative experience is preferred; on-the-job training and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in accounting, AP, bookkeeping, or admin preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier payments accurately and on time.
• Reconcile ERP reports to maintain accurate records.
• Code invoices to general ledger accounts.
• Process invoices efficiently to support timely vendor payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct errors.
• Maintain organized filing and financial documentation.
• Support general office and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues.
