Job summary

AIR Carolinas seeks an Accounts Payable & Billing Specialist to manage payable invoices, payments, and billing processes. You will support project managers, vendors, customers, and finance teams to keep the transaction cycle accurate and on time.

This full-time role based in Charlotte, NC requires strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience (NetSuite preferred), and attention to detail, with a salary range of $50-60k and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Accounts Payable experience; billing or invoicing experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payable invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Generate and issue customer invoices in the ERP system and manage billing.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, customers, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
