Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of accounts payable, inventory accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, or bookkeeping experience or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, code, and enter data from source documents into accounting records for daily posting to AP/AR.
• Examine source documents to verify data accuracy, percentages, and totals.
• Scan invoices and backup documents for electronic transmission; review and reprocess rejected items.
• Distribute posted invoices via electronic mail to dealers; assist Invoice Clerk with batch entry.
