Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office; Sage experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and card charges; enter data into the financial system.
• Handle vendor correspondence via phone or email.
• Investigate and resolve issues with invoices and purchase orders.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with monthly closings and status reports.
• Maintain accounting documents and reports.
