Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely entry into the accounting system.
• Verify invoice approvals and match purchase orders as needed.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing AP accruals.
