Job summary

Precoa is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own expense reporting, corporate card processes, and supplier invoicing. You will ensure accurate data, collaborate with employees and vendors, and contribute to building clearer, more efficient processes in a growing team.

You will navigate ERP tools, maintain strong attention to detail, and communicate effectively to resolve issues while supporting a hybrid onsite schedule at our Portland office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, or similar) and comfort navigating cloud-based tools.
• Solid Excel skills with the ability to work within spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential fraud.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to proactively reach out to resolve issues with internal teams or vendors.
• Interst in a hybrid / onsite schedule including Monday through Wednesday during the first two weeks of the month, and Monday, Wednesday only during the final two weeks of the month.
