Graybar in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage high-volume supplier inquiries and process invoices in a structured workflow. This in-office role supports multiple departments and ensures timely payments and accurate cash discounts.

The candidate will use SAP and Excel, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain confidentiality while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Intermediate Excel and SAP experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle high volume AP inquiries from suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor AP email queues and escalate when needed.
• Determine vendor numbers, payment dates, and cash discounts.
• Identify variances between PO and invoice.
• Assist with supplier payment portal setup.
• Audit expenses for state tax charges and accrue as needed.
• Identify improvement opportunities and help implement them.
