Graybar Electric Company in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a part-time Cash Application Specialist to support financial operations. You will process daily payment exceptions in SAP and High Radius, apply credit card payments, and post AR journals with accuracy.

The role requires a 4-year degree preferred in accounting or business, knowledge of debits and credits, and strong organization and communication skills. Work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with pay at $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and lockbox post processing.
• 4 year degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business preferred.
• Understanding of debits and credits in AR/Cash Application.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Process daily payment exceptions in SAP and High Radius AR system.
• Apply non-POS customer credit card payments accurately.
• Post AR journal entries and issue refunds as needed.
• Review SAP workflow requests and ensure valid instructions.
• Identify improvement opportunities and assist with implementations.
