Qualifications

• Process vendor invoices and code to the correct GL accounts.
• Verify accuracy by matching POs, receipts, and invoices before payment.
• Coordinate weekly payment runs via checks, ACH, and wires.
• Maintain AP records and documentation for audits and month-end close.
• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end accruals and finance reporting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding to general ledger accounts.
• The AP Specialist will match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to verify accuracy before payment.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• The AP Specialist will maintain accurate AP records and documentation for audits and month-end close.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly.
• The AP Specialist will assist with month-end accruals and provide reporting support to the finance team as needed.
