Candidate will analyze vendor accounts, assist with month-end and audits, and participate in special projects. Strong data entry, Excel skills, and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of office administration and/or accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with general accounting software.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Pre-employment background check, MVR check and drug test required.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Analyze vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Receive and process vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end, year-end and audits.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain documentation for all responsibilities.
• Complies with company safety policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects as needed.
