Qualifications

• Credit check required and performed as part of the hiring process.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn ERP/industry software.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders in ERP system.
• Match invoices to receiving documents and delivery tickets.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing procedures and controls.
• Vendor setup and maintenance of vendor records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries.
• Research accrued items not matched to invoices.
• Assist in monthly closings.
