Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our on-site team in Fairless Hills, PA. You will process supplier invoices, match them to POs, and reconcile vendor statements while ensuring adherence to purchasing procedures.

The role supports a broad accounting function in a growing organization. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (some college a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn industry-specific software and ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP software is a plus.
• Willing to undergo a credit check.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in ERP software.
• Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures.
• Vendor setup and maintenance.
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries.
• Research accrued items not matched to an invoice.
• Assist in monthly closings.
