Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices against POs in our on-site Fairless Hills location. You will match invoices to receiving documents, reconcile vendor statements, and assist in monthly closings while maintaining strong vendor communications.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in accounting, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. ERP experience is a plus, and a credit check may be performed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn ERP software.
• Willing to undergo a credit check; dependable and detail-oriented.
• Experience with ERP systems and vendor/PO matching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices against POs in ERP system.
• Match invoices to receiving documents and tickets.
• Prepare vendor reconciliations and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in monthly closings and vendor setup.
