The assignment spans approximately 4–7 months, providing exposure to a busy finance team and opportunities to support a range of AP activities. The position emphasizes accurate processing, vendor relations, and collaboration within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies
• Partner with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and billing issues
• Review and reconcile vendor accounts and proactively manage aging items
• Process and reconcile freight, expense, and merchandise invoices
• Maintain vendor relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Organize, scan, and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with cross-training initiatives to ensure business continuity
• Support additional accounting and administrative projects as needed
