CFS is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional for an on-site role in Bedford Hills, NY. The position focuses on managing AP inboxes, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. Bachelor's degree is preferred, with opportunities to support month-end close and process improvements within a collaborative accounting team.

Formación

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, distribution, or related industries is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, review invoices, and resolve vendor inquiries
• Process invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
• Prepare weekly disbursements, cash requirements, and bank transmissions
• Maintain vendor aging reports and perform account reconciliations
• Partner with internal departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end activities and other accounting support functions
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance AP efficiencies
• Support the Accounting team with ad hoc projects and special assignments
