You will process invoices, maintain vendor records, and support month-end activities while collaborating with a dynamic team in a manufacturing/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounts payable or accounting support.
• Experience processing invoices and maintaining vendor records.
• Experience in an ERP or accounting system.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or corporate accounting.
• Exposure to international invoices or multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with expense reimbursements and vendor maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Review invoices for proper documentation, approvals, and coding.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals and missing information.
• Maintain and update vendor records and supporting documentation.
• Process employee expense reports and reimbursement requests.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with resolving payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end activities and AP-related reporting as needed.
• Assist with sales and use tax documentation, audits, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain organized electronic files and financial records.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Finance team.
