Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant in our Huntersville, North Carolina office to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

You will process vendor invoices, support expense reports, and manage payments using NetSuite, Concur, and standard accounting practices. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in professional services (A&E) preferred.
• AA degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong MS Office (Excel) skills.
• Experience with Concur Solutions.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
• Detail oriented with good communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and sub-contractor invoices, credit memos, refunds.
• Support AP Accountant in reviewing employee expense reports.
• Audit vendor bills and bill credits when required.
• Process weekly check runs (vendor ACH/Wire, checks, expense reports).
• Record transactions in NetSuite and manage accruals.
• Ensure invoices have appropriate approvals and resolve payment issues.
• Prepare month-end and year-end AP reporting.
