Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Experience with Workday Financials or similar ERP preferred, nonprofit or higher-education experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and PO payments
• Review, match, and code invoices accurately
• Prepare weekly check and ACH payment runs
• Resolve vendor or departmental discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close
• Support audit requests and help streamline AP processes
