Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices related to corporate apartment rent and utilities.
• Process daily online and ACH payments to properties.
• Maintain paper and electronic filing storage system.
• Match checks to invoices and mail daily.
• Monitor past due balances to avoid service interruption.
• Support the VP of Finance and Accounting.
• Back-up to process checks and electronic transfers.
• Request W-9s from new vendors for compliance.
• Scan and upload invoices into electronic filing system.
• Ensure invoices are processed before AP cutoff.
