Job summary

TSCG, a privately held, commercial real estate company, is seeking a Corporate A/P Specialist for an in-office role in Atlanta, GA. You will handle vendor payments, reimbursement processing, and invoice follow-up, supporting the Accounting Manager on special projects.

We value accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position requiring 5 days a week presence in the office.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of A/P experience, preferably in commercial real estate or service industry.
• Strong understanding of vendor payments, auto drafts and ACHs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate, timely vendor payments via check, ACH, and auto draft, per invoice terms.
• Enter, code, and match invoices to the correct GL accounts.
• Review expense reports against company policy, check receipts, and process employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements and follow up on missing receipts.
• Contact vendors by phone and email to resolve outstanding invoices and collect vendor documentation.
• Set up new vendors and collect W-9s.
• Issue 1099s and track vendor tax information.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Director with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
