Job summary

Impact Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Snellville, GA to manage all AP processes. Responsibilities include invoice processing, PO tracking, vendor setup, three-way matching, and payments.

The role requires about 5 years AP experience in manufacturing, familiarity with Syteline, and the ability to handle high-volume processing (roughly 1000 invoices per month). Office-based, 40 hours/week, 8am-5pm, with benefits.

Qualifications

• High volume AP processing (about 1000 invoices per month).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Syteline software.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, verifying and processing invoices for weekly check runs
• Tracking of all PO’s
• Completing vendor credit applications as needed
• Three way matching of invoices for payment
• Maintenance of W-9’s ,1099’s and COI’s for Vendors
• ACH, Wire and credit card payments as needed
