Job summary

Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to review invoices, process PO matching, and manage check requests in a fast-paced finance environment.

You will handle ACH payments, vendor inquiries, and maintain accurate vendor records while ensuring timely payments and adherence to policies. High school diploma required; college accounting coursework preferred; intermediate MS Office skills and 10-key by touch are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College courses in accounting or 2 years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Processes PO matching invoices of up to 100+ line items and attachments.
• Prioritizes invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
• Processes ACH payments to vendors using Monarch models.
• Responds to vendor inquiries and maintains vendor information for accuracy.
