Job summary

Agiliti is hiring an Accounts Payable Representative I in Eden Prairie, MN to process payments and support AP operations. You will handle P.O. and non-P.O. invoices, assist with 1099s, and collaborate with buyers to resolve PO/invoice issues. Strong attention to detail and SAP A/P experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payments to vendors via check, credit card, or ACH.
• Enter P.O. and Non-P.O. invoices (≈500–600/week).
• Distribute incoming mail to support AP processing.
• Research PO vendor inquiries and vendor statements about payment status.
• Collaborate with buyers to resolve PO/invoice issues.
• Provide vendor and employee assistance as needed.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Purpose and Requirements

Responsible for payment to vendors via check, credit card, or ACH. Provide direct support to vendors, as well as delivering field and departmental assistance. P.O. and Non-P.O. invoice entry (averaging 500-600/week) Aide with annual 1099 filing process Research PO vendor inquiries and vendor statements regarding invoice/credit payment status Manage and distribute incoming mail to support efficient and accurate AP processing Work with buyers to resolve problems amongst purchase orders and invoices Provide vendor and employee assistance when necessary Perform duties as needed by supervisor
