Job summary

ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage high-volume invoices, ensure accurate and timely payments, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-focused, proactive, and experienced in accounts payable with a dedication to financial accuracy. This role supports month-end/year-end close and KPI tracking within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial role OR 5 years of business/office experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify PO and Non-PO invoices for payment per company policies.
• Manage invoice approval workflow and ensure timely payment processing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with cross-functional departments.
• Maintain records of Vendor Chargebacks and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Oversee group inbox and assist with month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Support preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.
• Maintain SOPs and adherence to internal controls.
