Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or office admin experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail oriented and organized with deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with vendor communications and invoicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable including reviewing invoices and check requests.
• Set up invoices for payment and run payments (checks and EFTs).
• Post transactions to journals and ledgers; reconcile AP.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support month-end close.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in quarter/year-end activities.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with laws and company policies.
• Support imaging and document retention processes.
