Job summary

Hard Rock International in Bristol, TN is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage invoice scanning, coding, payments, and vendor inquiries within a cross-functional team. You will verify PO/invoice matches and ensure timely payment processing to leverage favorable terms.

Maintain accurate AP records, post payments, and support the AP Leader in workflow improvements while upholding company policies and controls.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ AP processing experience reconciling invoices to receipts/purchase orders.
• Experience with an integrated AP workflow application preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure PO/invoice information matches before payment.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices to take advantage of terms/discounts.
• Maintain accurate general ledger coding and AP records.
• Print and distribute AP checks; post payment batches; handle stop payments.
• Assist vendors and clients with payment inquiries and documentation.
