Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team, ensuring accurate processing, coding and timely payments. The role focuses on reconciliations, month-end closes, and strengthening vendor relationships within a controlled environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience, solid GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems and AP automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• 5+ years of AP experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP and ERP systems; experience with AP tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable processes: invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and disbursement.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, maintain AP ledger and vendor statements.
• Lead month-end close, accruals, and GL reconciliations; support audits.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage onboarding, data integrity, and disputes.
