Job summary

Outdoor Network is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Tampa, FL Accounting team. You will process vendor invoices, match to POs/receiving docs, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.

The role supports high-volume eCommerce operations and cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, and eCommerce. Prior AP experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Accounts Payable or accounting support.
• Experience processing invoices and vendor accounts preferred.
• Experience with PO, receiving docs, and invoice matching is a plus.
• High-volume AP experience preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce/retail/inventory environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs; verify pricing & terms.
• Enter invoices into ERP and AP systems; maintain records.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
• Assist with AP payments (checks, ACH).
• Provide AP support for eCommerce operations and related vendor activity.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, and eCommerce teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end AP activities and audit requests.
