Norfolk Iron & Metal in Norfolk, NE is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist to manage vendor invoices, process checks, and maintain accurate ledgers. You will set up new vendors, assist month-end close, resolve payment inquiries, and support the Corporate Finance team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, AP, or accounting experience (preferred).
• High School or better in General Education or related field.
• Pass Drug Test & Background Check.
• Motivated & Energetic.

Responsabilités

• Processing, matching, and coding vendor invoices.
• Processing, printing, and sending accounts payable checks.
• Setting up new vendors in our payment processing system.
• Performing month-end close procedures and account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve any vendor payment inquiries.
• Perform other duties to assist Corporate Finance team members.
