Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with invoice processing, vendor payments, and high-volume data entry
• Knowledge of purchase orders, 3-way match, and AP best practices
• Experience with AP Automation tools
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 300 invoices per month with high accuracy
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Perform 3-way matching and verify vendor information and account coding
• Enter invoices and payment information into the ERP system
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and vendor payments
• Assist with monthly close activities and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Contribute to AP process improvements and automation initiatives
