Brookdale Senior Living seeks an Accounts Payable professional to manage daily invoice processing, coding, and payment posting for multiple communities and vendors. You will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate records, and provide reliable service to internal partners.

The role supports a large network of Brookdale communities and requires attention to detail, teamwork, and solid organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs general accounts payable duties, including recording and setting up invoices for payment.
• Ensures the accurate and timely payment of all company invoices.
• Provides timely and quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Receives invoices from communities, vendors, and corporate associates.
• Codes and batches invoices as appropriate; enters invoices into the system; processes recurring invoices.
