Job summary

Infinium Spirits, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a fast-growing beverage company.

The role focuses on day-to-day AP activities, including invoicing, vendor management, and month-end close support, reporting to the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Continia, and Concur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience working in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Continia, Concur).
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions including Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and IF formulas.
• Demonstrates accuracy, detail-orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, code, and process a high volume of PO and non-PO invoices with proper documentation.
• Collaborate across departments for AP follow-up, coding, and vendor setups.
• Perform 3-way matching and validate sales/use tax amounts where applicable.
• Maintain vendor templates and verify ACH/remittance details.
• Prepare and distribute remittance advices weekly to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle customer billbacks and related inquiries; assist month-end closing for AP.
• Support internal audits and ad hoc accounting projects.
