Savage is seeking an Accounts Payable assistant in Midvale, UT to support the AP Supervisor. You will ensure timely processing, verification, and reconciliation of vendor invoices while maintaining policy compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience in finance or AP support.
• Proficiency with Windows File Explorer and MS Office.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and multitask across multiple screens.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices timely and accurately.
• Verify authorization and support for invoices.
• Assist in check runs, matching, and filing supporting docs.
• Support development of efficient accounts payable processes.
• Manage AP email and related mailbox activities.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle miscellaneous projects as workload requires.
• Assist with general filing and scanning of documents.
