Qualifications
5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
3+ years of experience in a high volume business to business Accounts Payable position.
Stable work history, no more than two jobs within the past three years.
Responsibilities
Process a high volume of vendor invoices timely and accurately.
Review and resolve discrepancies with EDI transactions.
Reconcile company credit cards, matching receipts and posting charges.
Review vendor statements and resolve billing issues.
Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with projects as needed.
Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with company policy.
Skills
Excellent data entry skills emphasizing speed and accuracy
Prior experience working with ERP systems and Excel
Detail oriented, organized, and reliable work habits
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Education
High School Diploma
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
