Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Holdrege, NE is seeking a full-time AP Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on timely payments, vendor invoicing, and maintaining accurate AP records.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of office administration or accounting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills. This position does not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of recent office administration and/or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Analyze vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies.
• Receive and process vendor invoices.
• Assist with month-end, year-end and various audits.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned.
