You will process invoices for multiple apartment communities using Yardi, verify charges against quotes and contracts, and balance statements while maintaining professional communication with Property Managers.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year accounting/finance experience or degree.
• Strong communication and computer skills, especially Excel.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
• Proficient in accounts payable practices.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for multiple apartment communities.
• Verify invoice charges against quotes and contracts.
