Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven accounts payable or clerical accounting experience.
• Proficiency with computers, basic software applications, and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle accounts payable to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Verify and reconcile invoices against receipts and records.
• Organize financial documents with systematic digital filing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers.
• Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments for approval.
• Coordinate with internal managers to verify invoicing accuracy.
• Track and record expense data to assist budgets.
