Qualifications

• Four years of relevant finance experience preferred.
• Ability to reconcile and analyze financial data with accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced finance environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the tax team on filings, estimates, and year-end provisions
• Stand up the Internal Controls close calendar and hold every owner to it
• Develop cash flow models and monitor liquidity for the Stockton, CA team
• Keep deferred revenue schedules airtight as contracts renew
• Audit travel and entertainment spend without becoming the bad guy
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives
• Flag variance the moment it appears, not after the quarter closes
• Run weekly cash positioning and short-term borrowing decisions
