Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review & process vendor invoices and check requests.
• Perform three-way matching to ensure compliance.
• Enter and upload invoices into NetSuite.
• Distribute invoices to local offices for review and submission.
• Ensure invoices are processed by the monthly close deadline.
• Review vendor statements, respond to inquiries, resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain files and documentation, audit-ready records.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Process daily treasury files.
