SIXT is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Tulsa to handle vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. You will support month-end close, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with international teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting preferred
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel/Office tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payments accurately
• Manage invoice discrepancies, payment issues, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and month-end activities
• Liaise with vendors, internal partners, Accounting, Finance, and international teams
• Maintain vendor statements, payment schedules, ERP records, and financial documentation
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
• Assist with process improvements, audits, and month-end close activities
