Job summary

All States Materials Group is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Springfield, MA. The role involves full-cycle processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy of GL accounts, and timely payments to vendors.

You will manage high-volume daily entries, maintain vendor data, and assist with monthly reconciliations and 1099 processing. We value a proactive, detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of AP experience, proficient MS Office skills, and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in accounts payable processing.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Analytical with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval.
• Determine GL accounts and job numbers for invoicing.
• Enter high volume invoices daily.
• Maintain vendor contact information and respond to emails promptly.
• Process payments to vendors (checks, EFT, Nvoicepay) weekly.
• Reconcile corporate credit card statements monthly.
• Assist with 1099 processing annually.
