Randstad USA in La Vergne, TN seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst for direct-hire. You will drive accurate, timely processing for standard and high-priority vendor accounts, manage time-sensitive relationships, and support critical financial workflows including EDI management and monthly vendor statement reconciliations. Strong problem-solving and process-improvement mindset are needed.

Salary range is $62,500–$65,000 per year. On-site, first shift, 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with EDI and high-touch vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Code, key and process invoices and purchase orders in the company system.
• Handle escalated issues and manage white-glove vendors to meet deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain EDI files; identify errors and corrections.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research missing invoices or discrepancies.
• Create bi-monthly vendor reports for management.
• Process non-PO invoices as needed.
• Support AP and participate in process improvements.
