Integrated Mill Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in Willoughby, Ohio. The role focuses on daily accounting functions, data entry, verification, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting; 2+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and presentation tooling skills; ERP familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process payable invoices with accuracy and timeliness (three-way matching).
• Review packing slips and vendor statements; investigate discrepancies.
• Schedule outgoing payments and monitor due dates to optimize working capital.
• Assist in maintaining ERP compliance (W9s, COIs) and filing (paper/electronic).
