Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial experience, preferably accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances and prepare journal entries for transfers.
• Review, code, and record expenses to the general ledger accounts.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Process online vendor payments, check requests, and employee expense reimbursements.
• Complete credit applications for new vendors and maintain vendor records.
• Collect, process, and maintain subcontractor W-9 forms and COIs.
• Process subcontractor invoices, update service tickets with pricing, and coordinate with Accounts Receivable.
• Follow up on open purchase orders and missing invoices.
• Assist with company credit card expense management and documentation.
• Monitor and manage shared departmental inboxes.
• Support the Accounting Manager with additional accounting and administrative duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure a safe, organized work environment.
