Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Perform data entry and accounting support functions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Validate expenses using multiple systems and records.
• Analyze invoices for available vendor discounts and cost savings opportunities.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Review cost centers, account coding, and expense classifications.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and reconciliation documents.
• Monitor aged payables and assist in preventing late payments.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to gather information and resolve issues.
• Recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
• Assist with training and support of team members as needed.
