Responsibilities

• Process, review, and verify vendor invoices, credit memos, and related AP transactions for accuracy, completeness, proper approval, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting systems for payables, receivables, payroll, and inventory as applicable.
• Analyze accounting systems and procedures to diagnose problems and recommend corrections.
• Prepare or assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and analyses.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings and governmental reports and forms submittal.
