The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience, proficient in SAGE 300, and demonstrate strong vendor management skills. Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle accounts payable processing experience.
• Proficient in using SAGE 300 and/or other accounting ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices, including multi-entity approvals.
• Manage 150 - 200 invoices weekly while maintaining accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accounting ledgers.
