Qualifications

• High school diploma required; accounting coursework preferred.
• Must be well organized and a self-starter.
• Detail oriented with professional attitude and reliability.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; 10-key by touch; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of AP/GL systems and corporate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Generate AP payment calculations from data in EMR or Access.
• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Enter invoices and reconcile vendor statements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate inquiries.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and assist in month-end closing.
• Maintain files and documentation per policy.
